Hi everyone...or should i say ...anyone?
I am starting this blog to free my mind while fasting to reach my goal wieght-
My start wieght was 180 on 07/22...wow- i know.
Currently I am 145lbs. on 09/27
My goal wieght is 110. Yeah baby!
The 110 is a comfortable place for me - and my wardrobe is patiently waiting...
This is my first attempt at blogging and any tips on how to navigate my sight or improve it are so welcome am a total newbie and want to learn- sooo bring it! :)
I know my handle sounds a tiny bit harsh , it was born out of frustration: let me explain- I have been thin all my life, always the tiny one- when I began to gain- my friends were like- "Girl- you look so healthy" HA! this is a trick phrase ladies- what they mean is... "I'm soooo glad she is getting fat." The same Girls on the way down try and sabotage your efforts and get really critical.
.... So I am reaching out to find a community that can understand, inspire and support me- and that I can in turn support.
Tomorrow I am starting a 3day juice fast to ease into a water fast. I have a goal of a 30 day water fast....wish me luck!
